How to Buy From Us:

You can view and price our products online at Products then:

     purchase online and pay your invoice by online direct credit to our bank account 
or purchase online and pay your invoice by email with your order by Visa, MC or Amex only
or purchase online and pay your invoice by phone on Auckland (09) 303-3544 by cheque, VisaMC or Amex only 
or visit our shop in Victoria Park Market Map in the Auckland CBD and pay by cash, Eftpos, Visa , MC or Amex only.

For online purchasing from overseas, because tobacco-related fraud is higher than in other industries,  we have restricted the use of foreign-based credit cards., please Contact Us .

Place of Trade and Opening Hours:

Gentlemen's Corner trades from the ground floor Boiler Room Emporium of  Victoria Park Market at 210 Victoria Street West (that's west of Queen Street and the CBD), Auckland City, New Zealand, see   map.
We are now open from (Summer Hours) 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday (December late nights til 8.00pm Thursday and Friday) and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays every week of the year except Christmas Day.

Terms of Trade:

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase those items which are directly smoking-related. This requirement applies to all on-site, phone and online shopping.

Parking:

Kerbside parking, courtesy of Auckland City Council, is available around the Market at $2.00 for 1 hour (minimum charge), Monday to Friday, $1.00 for 1 hour on Saturday  (Sunday is free parking). Get a ticket for your dashboard from the nearest machine.
Victoria Park Market has a parking building, at the city end, leased by Wilson Parking, with hourly parking at $3.00 per hour, Monday to Sunday. Get a ticket for your dashboard from a machine on the  floor where you park.
Both areas are patrolled regularly and $2.00 (or $3.00) is good insurance against $12.00 to $40.00 infringement notices.

On-Site Shopping:

We can supply goods at the shop for payment by: 

  • Cash
  • Eftpos (Debit Card),
  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa and Amex only).

and on-site collection of goods.

Freight:

For freighting of goods, you can choose from a range of Courier options which will be quoted to you and included in the total charge. NZ Couriers (does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and see Northern map for ticket boundaries) and NZ Post's Courier Post (does deliver to P.O. Boxes) can now be tracked, by you, online for no extra charge. We will advise you of these tracking details, once payment is received and the goods are dispatched.

Online Purchasing with Online Payment:

For online purchasing and payment by Direct Credit directly to our bank account (funds confirmed the next business day):

  • view the website,
  • place your orders in the shopping cart,
  • select the shipping destination/mode of transport,
  • complete the order confirmation,
  • our system will send you a tax invoice, with our GST number, by email, 
  • choose the 'Online Banking' payment option to pay your invoice,
  • complete the direct payment option with your bank, though our system 
    • we will see the receipt of your funds in our bank the next business day for dispatch of your goods, 
  • we will then confirm our receipt of your funds, by email,
  • finally, we will confirm dispatch to you, with tracking details, by email.

For online purchasing and payment by Credit Card online using Flo2Cash of Albany, Auckland (includes Visa and MasterCard only ): 

  • view the website,
  • place your orders in the shopping cart,
  • select the shipping destination/mode of transport,
  • complete the order confirmation,
  • our system will send you a tax invoice, with our GST number, by email, 
  • choose the 'Flo2Cash' payment option to pay your invoice,
  • complete the Credit Card payment option with Flo2Cash, through our system
  • we will see the receipt of your funds, placed in our bank account by Flo2Cash, the next business day for dispatch of your goods,
  • we will then confirm our receipt of your funds, by email,
  • finally, we will confirm dispatch to you, with tracking details, by email. 

Online Purchasing with Offline Payment:

For online purchasing and offline email payment by Credit Card (includes Visa, MasterCard & Amex only - funds confirmed immediately):

  • view the website,
  • place your orders in the shopping cart,
  • select the shipping destination/mode of transport,
  • complete the order confirmation,
  • our system will send you a tax invoice, with our GST number, by email,  
  • choose the 'Offline Credit Card (by Email)' payment option to pay your invoice,
  • complete your chosen payment option email form, supplied through our system, with your credit card details and email it back to us 
    • we will enter your credit card details in to our EFTPOS terminal which will notify us immediately of our transaction processing bank's approval of the transaction for dispatch of your goods,
  • we will then confirm our receipt of your funds, by email,
  • finally, we will confirm dispatch to you, with tracking details, by email.

Online Purchasing with Payment by Phone :

For online purchasing and offline phone payment by Credit Card (includes Visa, MasterCard & Amex only - funds confirmed immediately) or by cheque:

  • view the website,
  • place your orders in the shopping cart,
  • select the shipping destination/mode of transport,
  • complete the order confirmation,
  • we or our system will send you a tax invoice, with our GST number, by mail or email, as appropriate, 
  • choose the 'Offline Credit Card or Cheque (by Phone)' payment option to pay your invoice,
  • phone us and either: 
    • give us your credit card number, expiry date and Card Security Code verbally for entry to our EFTPOS terminal which will notify us immediately of our transaction processing bank's approval of the transaction for dispatch of your goods,
    • or a cheque may be used by verbal agreement on the phone and the goods will be dispatched once the cheque has arrived, been banked and cleared. Cheques to be made out to 'Luggen Trading Ltd' only and mailed to Luggen Trading Ltd at P.O. Box 84-150, Westgate, Auckland 0657.
  • we will then confirm our receipt of your funds, by phone or email, as appropriate,
  • finally, we will confirm dispatch to you, with tracking details, by phone or email, as appropriate.
