Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any goods returned, unopened in their original packaging, unused and within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty or not as they were purported to be, we will replace or refund those goods if they are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Reimbursement for return shipping expenses, only in the case of faulty goods or goods that were not as they were purported to be, will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

The replacement goods, if any, only in the case of faulty goods or goods that were not as they were purported to be, will then be supplied freight free.

After 30 days, returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

We will process your order within 5 business days following my receipt of your payment in cleared funds.

Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day.

WeI will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 2 further days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
