Having grown your own tobacco, now you need to cut it or shred it into a format able to be loaded into cigarette tubes so that your homemade cigarettes look like tailor-mades or you may just want your tobacco shredded for RYO cigarettes. These machines will allow you to do just that yourself. These machines are not built as high-volume cutters and are only suitable for personal use.

This Electric 550w Power Tobacco cutting/shredding machine in 220 Volt format is very powerful.
It also comes with a separate long flat chromed stainless steel feed tray to assist in feeding the leaves through the rollers.
The latest 0.75mm and 1.0mm models have the wooden handle of the tray removed for easier feeding and added is a clear, curved acrylic safety screen above and in front of the rollers.

Tobacco Cutter RS100 Plus

The RS100 Tobacco Cutter is made for home grown tobacco and is manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel.
The shredder cuts to 0.8mm in long continuous strands which is perfect for use in tube injectors or for hand rolling.
It has a 100mm feeding area with a chute under the cutters that is easy to rotate.
The cutters are also mounted on ball bearings which extend the life of the machine.
