From 1st July 2019, NZ Couriers will charge an additional fee for deliveries to your home rather than to your work address.
This is called a Residential Delivery fee and to find out if it applies to you you will need to search their website www.nzcouriers.co.nz and key in your delivery address to the address checker under the menu item "Tools".
This will tell you if your address can be delivered to as part of a Business Delivery zone or will require the purchase of an extra ticket (a Residential Delivery ticket) for attachment to your parcel to have a special Residential Delivery subcontractor deliver it to you.
