NZ Post now charges for Rural Delivery on parcels.
This is an option provided by NZ Post for their parcels (only their parcels) to be delivered by a Rural Delivery sub-contractor.
This charge is now automatically added to the freight fee by the system.
You can use their Tools menu item to see if your address requires the use of a Rural Delivery ticket.
